Diana will be a guest at the Portland Farmers Market Visiting Chef program at the Portland State University campus "Stage" area. This live presentation will support the local farmers at the market, demonstrate easy recipes for meals and healthy options for kids. After the demo she and her team will be available at her booth to answer questions, have her book autographed, purchase DVD, nut milk bags, etc.
