About Diana Stobo

Diana Stobo lives in Northern California with her husband and three children. She is a classically trained Cornell culinary artist and raw food advocate who healed herself through food. She teaches the raw food lifestyle in classes, retreats, and live presentations on television and in markets and health clubs. An inspirational and motivational speaker, Diana changes lives with her delicious and fully accessible recipes that make maintaining the raw lifestyle easy and fun to incorporate.

Diana shares her own story of illness and her “moment of truth” when at 247 pounds while pregnant with twins, she was so sick and tired she no longer recognized herself. After having her babies and coming down with yet another illness, she decided to overhaul her health. She developed a list of No’s and placed them prominently on her refrigerator: no sugar, no wheat, no dairy, no alcohol, no caffeine, no meat. This became her motto, her philosophy, and her life. She replaced the No’s with more live, raw food. Her weight dropped drastically, her illnesses vanished, her health and quality of life soared, and she became more vital and younger looking. Diana is living proof that eating LIVE brings you a life of health, vibrance and beauty.

Her new motto” Strive for LIVE!”  has become a national health campaign. Diana’s mission is to see a whole country full of healthy happy people.

I am a woman of substance, which means that I have lived, I have loved, I have felt great pain, and I have felt great joy. I continue to live and explore and reach out for more of what life has to offer. I have the same fears that all humans have; for example, not being good enough. I embrace each day with all the emotions that I feel, and with every grain of my being, try to stay present with them. I lust and crave, and desire like all the rest of us, but I challenge myself to remain loyal to my spiritual path and stay focused in my practice. I fail daily but prevail every moment. I have a lot to learn and a ton to teach. I travel to uncomfortable and beautiful places. I honor my body with nourishing foodsand keep it moving in nature as often as I can. I value strength and femininity. I am a woman.
