Understanding that a women’s body is different then a man’s body is very important when coaching someone through a detox.
The “Girl on Girl” Naked challenge is an intimate and humorous approach for real women to feel the support that only women can feel with another woman. Karen has volunteered to be on camera as she transforms herself in 10 days. Watch Karen as she unveils the beauty beyond the “puff” “poof” or what ever it is that seems to be weighing her down. In her 45 years, Karen has never dieted before. She was blessed with a wonderful metabolism that carried her for many years. She has no ailments, and no complaints. Wherever you are in your process, you will find that a huge shift can happen in 10 days. I interviewed Karen to see where she is mentally for her challenge ahead. After Karen committed to herself, I checked in with her to see if she was ready to roll. She share her weaknesses, and her average diet before getting Naked. She was given her first challenge in this video. Watch HERE the Bacon loving goddess commit to going Vegan for 6 days. Without any other guidance than NO meat, and NO dairy, I asked Karen to document her choices in photos.
Breakfast: Coffee with Honey (no dairy/cream) Sprouted toast with Jelly (no butter)
Lunch: Green Salad with Croutons and Ranch? That would not be Vegan
Snack: Fig Newtons- Maybe she was thinking “fruit”?
Dinner: Veggie Burger- looks like Butter on the bun ?
The first thing that happens when we begin to strip away the foods that weigh us down, is we are not sure what to eat.
We navigate through old patterns and try to find a way to fit in our new way of eating. I think she is doing a great job. It’s certainly not BACON
