It’s true that real food can turn you on. Not packaged or processed foods, but the whole foods that come from the Earth.
Certain foods have been used as aphrodisiacs for centuries, and I found that putting them together into a salad makes a superdelicious meal. The stimulating qualities of each of the ingredients in the Aphrodisiac Salad can have a very pleasing affect on your libido. So it’s one of my favorite dishes to make on “date night.” Make sure the person you are sharing this with is ready for some “lovin’.”
Aphrodisiac Salad

Salad
1 head butter lettuce, frisee, or spinach
1 avocado, diced
1 orange cut into segments
5 strawberries, sliced
½ cup marcona almonds
Sexy Fig Dressing
¼ cup Udos oil (or flax seed oil)
¼ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
2 calimyrna or kalamata figs, soaked in water for 1 hour (reserve water)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon sea salt
